You are not allowed to use, duplicate, implement, apply the brand, logo and / or application without prior written approval from Telkomsel Orbit. You are forbidden to use the Intellectual Property Rights of Telkomsel Orbit and act in the name of Telkomsel Orbit without a legal basis. Telkomsel Orbit has the right to sue for the illegal use of Intellectual Property Rights based on applicable legal provisions.
