About this Promo
DESCRIPTION
This is a collaboration program between Superbank and Telkomsel Orbit, which will be offered specifically for new Superbank customers and Telkomsel Orbit customers and will be held nationally at 14 selected GraPARI. Get a discount of IDR 50,000 for modem purchases after opening a Superbank account and making payments via Superbank at the attached GraPARI location.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The Superbank discount and cashback promotional program for Orbit Modem customers is implemented jointly by PT Super Bank Indonesia (Superbank) and PT Telekomunikasi Seluler (Telkomsel).
2. The Terms and Conditions for the Orbit Modem Discount Program must be read in conjunction with the Banking Service Terms imposed by PT Super Bank Indonesia.
3. Promotion Period: 25 April 2024–31 July 2024
4. This promotion can be participated in at 14 GraPARI outlets determined by Telkomsel and will be communicated through media provided and owned by Telkomsel. The collaborating outlets are:
5. The promotion is carried out under the following conditions:
a. Discount Program Rp. 50,000.00:
i. The promotion can only be participated in by Telkomsel customers who are new Superbank customers and who open a Superbank account when purchasing an Orbit modem at the Promo Store, provided that payment for the Orbit modem purchase must be made on the same day as the customer's successful opening of the Superbank account.
ii. When opening a Superbank account, prospective customers are required to enter the SUPERORBIT code followed by three (three) characters without spaces behind it in the "Referral Code" input column in the Superbank application. The three characters, as intended, will be notified by GRAPARI officers when the orbit modem is purchased. For example, for the character "123," the referral code will be "SUPERORBIT123." A guide to filling in the referral code can be seen in the image in column A, "SIMULATION," below.
iii. A discount of IDR 50,000.00 (fifty thousand Rupiah) can only be enjoyed by Telkomsel customers who have become new Superbank customers by using the voucher code provided by Superbank.
iv. The customer must request the voucher code as intended via the Chat feature in the Superbank application, and Superbank will provide the voucher code directly in the Live Chat session requested by the customer.
v. Furthermore, exchanging the voucher code for a discount is carried out when paying for the Telkomsel Orbit purchase, where the customer needs to provide the voucher code to GraPARI CS at the same time as the payment process.
vi. A discount of IDR 50,000.00 (fifty thousand Rupiah) will be given directly by deducting the price of the Orbit modem purchased by the customer, so that when the customer makes a payment using a Superbank balance and account, the value of the funds that must be paid or transferred has been reduced by the nominal discount given.
b. Cashback Program: Rp. 50,000.00 (fifty thousand Rupiah):
i. Apart from getting a discount by fulfilling all the conditions in letter a above, customers can also get cashback of IDR 50,000.00 (fifty thousand Rupiah), which will be given to the customer's Superbank account after the customer fulfills the conditions stated in number (iii) below.
ii. The Cashback Program can only be participated in and will be given to the same Superbank account as the Superbank account that has successfully participated in the Discount Program.
iii. Customers, as referred to above, are required to top up their Superbank account balance on the same day as the day they opened their Superbank account and hold their Superbank account balance with a minimum value of or not less than IDR 100,000.00 (one hundred thousand Rupiah) every day and without interruption. for three (three) calendar days, starting from the day the account is opened.
iv. Superbank will calculate the customer's daily balance every day at 23.59.59 WIB in the Superbank account ("Cut Off"). Changes (mutations) in account balances that occur afterward will be considered transaction mutations that occur on the following day, so debit or credit activities that occur after the cut-off time will be counted as activities carried out on the following day.
6. Superbank will send cashback only on the next working day after fulfilling all Cashback Program conditions directly to the customer's Superbank account. Working days are days other than Saturday and Sunday and other holidays determined by the Indonesian government where banks in Indonesia do not operate.
7. This promotion cannot be combined with other Superbank or Telkomsel promotions.
8. The quota of customers who can receive the discount and cashback programs is 1,000 (one thousand) customers who have fulfilled the respective provisions of the discount program and cashback program.
9. Customers who have received each discount and cashback as specified in the Terms and Conditions of this Superorbit Program can only participate in each discount or cashback program once and cannot participate in the same program for the remainder.
10. Superbank has the right to stop the program by providing prior notification via the Superbank website.
11. All forms of cashback, rewards, points, or prizes received by customers must be reported in the annual SPT. Tax consequences arising from negligence in reporting cashback, rewards, points, or prizes are not the responsibility of Superbank.
12. Superbank has the right to cancel the provision of discounts or cashback for the purpose of correcting transaction data recording or if the customer violates the terms and conditions that apply at Superbank, including committing fraud or cheating to take part in promotions.
13. Superbank employees are not entitled to take part in this promotion.
14. By participating in this program, the customer has read, knows, and agrees to all the terms and conditions that apply at Superbank, including the Banking Service Terms. Violations of the terms and conditions that apply at Superbank may result in Superbank having the right to cancel the discount. or cashback in question.
