How does the 7 days refund guarantee apply?
7 days refund guarantee applies if:
7 days refund guarantee period starts after the customer receives the Orbit modem.
7 days refund guarantee applies if the customer has activated the modem and uses the service in a location covered by Telkomsel Orbit coverage.
Refunds will begin to be processed after the products are received at the Telkomsel Orbit location and it is declared that there is no damage.
How much fund will be received?
Customers will get a 100% refund according to the nominal price when purchasing the Orbit modem.
What item that must be returned?
The customer is obliged to return the Orbit in one piece and the Orbit functioning properly with the following equipment:
1.Adapter Cable Accessories
4.Orbit router unit
5.Sim Card Telkomsel Orbit
Where can I find the refund form?
The refund form can be found on the application's help page or on the web. Customers are required to complete the refund form on the application or on the web.
Where should I send Orbit?
If the customer has filled out the refund form completely, then Orbit customer care will inform the shipping destination location and the customer will be directed to make a shipment with the nearest delivery service.
Are shipping costs covered?
Customers will get free shipping when returning the products. Funds for delivery will be replaced and sent to the LinkAja account. Customers only need to provide their number information from Link Aja application via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. After that, the Orbit Agent will continue the process of returning postage.
What is forbidden to do?
Customers are prohibited from modifying the Orbit firmware or software.
What attachments do I need to provide?
There are several attachments that customers need to provide, which are:
Front and back router photos.
Photo of the front and back SIM-cards.
Photo adapter cable and network cable.
Photo packaging Orbit
Is it mandatory to do activation ?
Customers are required to activate the Orbit modem according to the location at the time the customer made the initial purchase.
How is the 7 day refund guarantee processed?
Submit a refund request via MyOrbit website/application on the help page or send an email to email@example.com using email during registration.
Furthermore, our team will contact further if there are data and attachments required for the refund process within a maximum of 3 working days.
If the application is approved, the customer must send the complete Orbit modem back to the warehouse that has been previously informed within 3 working days.
After the product is received at the address specified, we will carry out a completeness check within 3 working days.
Next, we will continue the refund process to the payment partner according to what the customer used when purchasing the Orbit modem.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Refunds will be processed immediately after the returned Orbit product is received and fulfills the conditions of the 7 days refund guarantee policy with a maximum period of 21 working days. If you haven't received your refund within 21 working days, please contact our Customer Service team.
Where will the 7 days refund guarantee fund be returned?
Funds will be refunded depending on the payment method selected at the time of purchase. The following is the detailed information:
